Sitting right on TX-24, Mustang Creek RV Park is an easy-going RV park near Paris, Texas, where you can plug into full hookups, walk over to a clean shower house, and still hear the birds instead of traffic. Rigs pull in for a single night on the way home and just as often stay for months. Reservations are simple, the hosts come out to say hello, and the grounds stay tidy.

Town is close enough for a spur-of-the-moment afternoon. The Eiffel Tower is the photo everybody wants, and it takes about five minutes to get the whole family lined up under it. Downtown, Bywaters Park and the Culbertson Memorial Fountain make a nice place to stretch your legs before you duck into Paris Bakery for something sweet to bring back to the rig. History buffs can spend a quiet hour at the Sam Bell Maxey House State Historic Site or the Red River Valley Veterans Memorial Museum.

For a slower day, Lake Crook Park is a pleasant spot to sit by the water, and Wade Park or Oak Park work well when the kids need room to run, though our own playground handles that just fine. Great place to stay. We stayed long term overall enjoyed it. No one bothered us. Showers clean & nice compared to a rv shower. Nice picnic & bbq area. No individual picnic tables at sites. Dog friendly.

Absolutely an amazing place to live I was driving an hour and a half at three in the morning and I had family friends recommend coming here and it has been absolutely amazing and wonderful I have two pets that love going on walks and everyone is so nice!so glad I’m close to work now

We had a funeral to attend in Paris and wanted to spend a little time with family. Mustang Creek RV Park had spots available on short notice. We were able to get a pull through spot since we knew we would be late arriving. I had just pulled out my phone to use as a flashlight when the camp host, Sammy, pulled up using his car as a light for us! Being well after hours, we did not expect such hospitality. He stayed until we were completely hooked up and leveled. When we come back, we will definitely be staying here because of the proximity to Paris and the facilities, but mainly because of the very helpful and friendly Sammy.
