Absolutely no noise between the hours of 9 PM and 8 AM.
All children should be at their campsite by 9 PM unless accompanied by an adult.
Parents are responsible for the children’s actions.
Outdoor food preparation, grilling, or BBQing is permitted only in designated areas. All state and local burn bans apply.
Speed limit is 10 MPH at all times.
Illegal drug use is prohibited. All guests and visitors will abide by all state and county laws.
All trash must be in plastic bags and placed in the dumpster.
Objectionable conduct of any kind, violation of any park rules, or anyone causing a disturbance will immediately be asked to leave the park.
Pet Policy
All pets need to be up to date on all shots.
Aggressive pets of any breed are not welcome.
No pets are to be left outside unattended.
Additional Policies
You agree to carry and maintain adequate property and liability insurance on any vehicle or RV brought into the park.
Monthly rent is due on or before the 5th of each month. Late fee = $5 per day after the 5th.
Any electricity used over the allotted amount will be charged $0.12 per kW, payable at the time lot rent is due.
Washing, maintenance, or repair of vehicles is not permitted in the campground without prior approval.
Unauthorized soliciting or selling is not allowed in the park.
Any vehicles, boats, or other personal items must be kept in an orderly and safe manner within their designated camping area. No construction and or modifications will be allowed within the site (sheds, boxes, porches, etc.)
If necessary, exterior storage buildings and equipment parking can be rented for extended stay residents for an additional fee.
Management reserves the right to make necessary changes in the rules and policies in the best interest of the RV Park.
Anyone refusing to abide by these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. Re reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
